DESCRIPTION


A 40m2 fully equiped and furnished one floor flat with quiet view on courtyard.
Open plan kitchen - Dining room - Shower room - Private and independant WC - 1bedroom - 1 sitting room .
Washer/Dryer - Cable TV - DVD - CD - MP3 Players - Phone - WIFI Internet - 2 to 4 persons sleeping.


TENANCY PERIOD


The present tenancy is agreed for a period of..............................beginning the................................and ending

The entrance had to be at 4 PM and the leaving at 10 AM

The owner and the renter can come to an arrangement depending of their own schedules,

There is the possibility to the renters to let their luggages into the flat on arrival .


RENT

The rent is ....... all inclusive .
The tenant agrees, this day , to pay half of the rent if the rental period is a week or a third of the rent if it is a longer period.That is today ..........
The booking is definitively accepted and valid when the down payment is received.
The different methods of payment for bookings are :credit card or é-check with paypal,bank transfer,check in euros .


The tenant will pay remaining of the rent in cash on the day of entrance in the flat.Guarantee deposit : 500 euros in personal check that we can destroy after the stay.

or a paypal payment that will be refund.
The later will be given back the day of leaving,deductions will be made for any damage caused.


BOOKING CONDITIONS
The present tenancy agreement is made according to the following charges and conditions which the tenant must respect :
To spend in temporary way.
To not sublet the flat.
To respect the neighbourhood.
To leave the flat in good condition as it was on arrival.


STATE OF THE PROPERTY
A general state of the property will be made by both sides on arrival and leaving.


NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons occupying the flat has to be written below , (a maximum of 4).
If any extra person is added at the last moment it has to be notified on the tenancy agreement .
